Hey everyone, I noticed I haven't posted much on here recently but I have been very busy. This past week Dawn and I took a road trip to Jacksonville, FL for a few days. We had a blast with her friend Megan. We went to the Beach at St. Augustine and shopping at some of the stores for school clothes. We also stopped by FT Jackson on the way home and visited the Chaplain Center. I noticed a few of the Chaplains there whom I have been following their blogs online while at CH BOLC.
The coolest thing was we arrived at the New Holiday Inn Express there around 1030. They only had suites left and were discounting them at $95. This room was awesome. It had a flat panel TV, huge bathroom and a jicuzie tub. It even had a big kitchenete. I'll post some pics to my Myspace page at www.myspace.com/airbornechp
Overall, our trip was great. We were away from teh stresses of life for a time and focused on us for a few days.
